Aioli
Yields two cups
Ingredients
2 | egg yolks |
30 g | Dijon mustard |
30 g | white wine vinegar |
6 g | salt |
  |   |
250 mL | Go Natural 100 % extra virgin olive oil |
250 mL | Canola oil |
  |   |
20 g | minced garlic |
Directions
- Using a whisk or a KitchenAid, whisk together the egg yolks, mustard, vinegar, and salt for one minute.
- After one minute, drizzle in oils.
- Add the garlic at the end.
- Season to taste.
