Aioli

Yields two cups

Ingredients

2 egg yolks
30 g Dijon mustard
30 g white wine vinegar
6 g salt
   
250 mL Go Natural 100 % extra virgin olive oil
250 mL Canola oil
   
20 g minced garlic

Directions

  • Using a whisk or a KitchenAid, whisk together the egg yolks, mustard, vinegar, and salt for one minute.
  • After one minute, drizzle in oils.
  • Add the garlic at the end.
  • Season to taste.
