Orange Sauce with Olive Oil
Yields two cups
Ingredients
30 g | sugar |
500 g | Tropicana orange juice |
3 g | salt |
50 g | butter |
40 g | Go Natural 100 % extra virgin olive oil |
Directions
- Heat the orange juice, sugar, and salt, and reduce by half for a syrup-like consistency.
- Whip in the butter and olive oil.
- Strain and cool.
