Orange Sauce with Olive Oil

Yields two cups

Ingredients

30 g sugar
500 g Tropicana orange juice
3 g salt
50 g butter
40 g Go Natural 100 % extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  • Heat the orange juice, sugar, and salt, and reduce by half for a syrup-like consistency.
  • Whip in the butter and olive oil.
  • Strain and cool.
